The Oxystart pulse oximeter is a compact, fast device that can be used in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices, house calls, community centers, pulmonology departments, anesthesia offices, medical facilities, emergency and even by the patients themselves. It is designed to be suitable for children aged 4 and over, as well as adults.

Featuring a 2-color LCD screen, this device offers a range of display options with 5 brightness levels and 6 different modes. Incredibly, it presents the information in less than 10 seconds.
Measurements include pulse oxygen saturation levels (%SpO2), heart rate, pulsatile signal intensity displayed as a bar graph, and plethysmography curve.

The purpose of this pulse oximeter is to provide a single assessment of these parameters, rather than continuous monitoring. Its primary function is to help assess a patient's health status and should be used along with other clinical indicators and symptoms for a comprehensive assessment.
